Warranty & Service Policy

  • All systems covered by 1 year parts and 3 years hardware labour limted warranty.

  • Software and driver problems not covered under labour warranty.

  • All returns for warranty must be accompanied by the original invoice. Failure to produce invoice will delay warranty processing period until invoice is provided. Warranty void if invoice cannot be provided or serial number on product have been tampered with or missing.

  • All product is covered by a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. All system purchases include a 3 year hardware labour limted warranty. Software based problems are not covered under the labour warranty.

  • All monitor, notebook, peripherals and retail box product covered by manufacturer's warranty.

  • All smart phones covered by 90 day warranty.

  • All important data on hard drive should be backed up prior to service dropoff. Computrak System takes no responsibility for any missing or damaged files.

  • Any product returned for warranty and is found not to be defective or is a software related problem will be charged $20/hour (minimum 1 hour).

  • If the product is defective within the warranty period, the product will be returned to the manufacturer for a) repair of the defective product b) replacement of the defective product c) replaced by similar functional products Warranty does not extend to any product that is physically damaged or is not under normal operating condition as a result of any misuse, mishandling or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.

  • Product returned to the manufacturer for warranty may take anywhere between 2 - 6 weeks for a replacement to arrive.

  • The warranty on the replacement product is based on 1 year from the original purchase date. -Returns & Exchange Policy

  • All returns for refund or exchange are available within 7days from the invoice date, and are subject to approval and up to 20% restocking charge

  • No refunds or exchange on storage media, opened or special order product.
